Playconsoles.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Playconsoles.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the full amount of your original charge. Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard on all orders. We also accept Checks, Money Orders, Western Union and Bank Transfers. Checks will be held for 4 business days before your order is shipped. On bank transfers the processing fee for this service is $15. Please e-mail us for our banking information.
Returns: All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund.If you need to return a item, you will need to contact us at sales@playconsoles.com for a RGA Number before returning any product. If you have cancelled a order, please allow 7 business days for a credit to appear from your credit card company.
Shipping: We receive many of our products from 8 Gaming Warehouses here in the United States. When you order your item, we have a processing time of 3-4 days before it ships. Australian orders 5 days processing before it ships. You will receive tracking information on your package from us. If there is a problem with your order, we will notify you within 24 hours. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping out of the United States will have extra charges. The prices shown are for US shipping Only.

Customs/Import Duties and Local Delivery
On International orders, customs and import duties are applied once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and will vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Playconsoles.com and its shipping partners are not able to influence local delivery practices. The arrival times for International shipping indicate the amount of time it will take for your order to reach your recipient's local post office. The time it takes to get your order from the local post office to your recipient's address can vary widely from country to country. Delivery may be delayed by customs/import duties and local postal requirements.
Shipping Address must match billing address.
Orders are processed and should be shipped out from our automated warehouse in 2-3 business days US Orders. We do not process orders on Weekends or Holidays. After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking info to track your shipment. Please be patient as our partnered carriers may take up to 24-48 hours to update the tracking information. Standard delivery on Video Games are shipped via USPS, is available to all 50 United States. Backorders are shipped when the out-of-stock product is received. Pre-orders are scheduled to ship to arrive on or about the product street date. Consoles are shiped FedEx Ground.
There is no provision for tracking orders shipped via USPS Standard Delivery mail.
On average, Standard Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days for delivery. But may take as many as 10 business days. Standard FedEx Ground shipping takes 5 days.
